Returns & Refunds Policy

At V4N5, we pride ourselves on building high-quality, handcrafted campervan furniture. As most of our products are custom-made to order, our returns policy is slightly different from typical online shops. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

🛠️ Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products — including Rock 'n' Roll beds, slat beds, and upholstered cushions — are built to order or customised to your specific van layout, material, and fabric choices. For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or ordering errors

  • Refunds are not available once production has started

If you’re unsure about dimensions, fittings, or options, please contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help.

🚚 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide a brief description of the issue

  3. Attach clear photos of the damage or fault

We will review your case and either:

  • Arrange a repair or replacement

  • Offer a partial refund or full refund, depending on the issue

💳 Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method (via Stripe)

  • Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account

🧾 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your custom build has started, we’re unable to issue a refund.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at V4N5campers@gmail.com.

📦 Return Shipping

In the rare event that we ask you to return an item, we’ll provide return instructions. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
