  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom-made products (including beds and cushions) are built to your specifications and cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or handle your payment information.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:

  • Items damaged in transit

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order. We may request photos to assess the problem before arranging a resolution.
